Welcome to Power Plugins. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Figma plugins. By accessing or using Power Plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Power Plugins offers multiple subscription tiers including Free, and PRO plans. Pricing and features for each plan are described on our website and may change with notice.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Payment is due immediately upon purchase or renewal
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PURCHASES.
This includes but is not limited to:
Monthly or annual subscription fees
Unused subscription periods
Partial month cancellations
Digital products or content purchases
Payment processing fees
By purchasing any service or product from Power Plugins, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We recommend taking advantage of our Free tier to test the platform before upgrading to a paid plan.
Exception: Refunds may only be considered in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges, at our sole discretion.
Cancellation and Termination
Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will retain access to paid features until the subscription expires
No refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period
Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier upon expiration
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:
Violates these Terms or our policies
Is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business
Involves fraudulent or illegal activity
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Power Plugins to:
Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
Access our services through automated means without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Power Plugins. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
